I need a school for 2023-24 and are not currently enrolled in SFUSD.
Current Year Enrollment
You can participate in Current Year Enrollment, which is ongoing and is open to all students who are not currently enrolled for 2023-24 already. Families who wish to participate can submit a Current Year Enrollment application online, call the Enrollment Center office, or visit the Enrollment Center offices at 555 Franklin Street, Room 100 or at 1520 Oakdale Avenue, Room 13. Our telephone number is (415) 241-6085. The Enrollment Center Franklin Street office and phone line are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. The Enrollment Center Oakdale Avenue office is open Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
An EPC counselor will help you enroll your student at any school that has openings and active transfer requests. Read more about Current Year Enrollment.
Complete the SFUSD online application or the paper TK-13 General Application and include all required documents.

I applied for 2023-2024 in the Main Round and/or Round 2, but wish to transfer schools.
Spring Transfer
Beginning September 5, 2023, students who are currently enrolled at a school for the 2023-24 school year can apply to transfer to one school for the Spring semester. Students who attend Charter Schools in San Francisco and Interdistrict students are not eligible to submit a Spring Transfer Request.
The application deadline for Spring Transfer is November 9, 2023. Families who receive their Spring Transfer request will be notified the week of December 18.
This is important to understand: Spring Transfer requests are final. If we are able to assign your student to the school you request in the Spring Transfer application, their previous enrollment will be automatically canceled after the end of the Fall semester on December 21. That enrollment change is not reversible.

The last day to enroll a student for the 23-24 school year is May 28.
